In November, when birds sing, the sun shines brightly and fresh air «assaults» your nose from a wide open window, you really want to sleep in, at least till 8. But because I have to get the children ready for school, I can only do so on the weekend. Whereas after school, unless I have to go to the office, I can indulge myself a bit. My bedroom has several windows separated by a part of the wall. In the second half of the year, the sun shines at such an angle that its rays can fall directly on my pillow. And there is about 40 minutes (some time after nine) when it's hidden behind the piece of wall between the windows. Thus I have to catch those 40 minutes of sleep to wake up to warm rays of autumn sun without setting the alarm clock.
