Two-bedroom apartments with roof gardens near the Ammochostos stadium, Larnaca

A small residential building of eight two-bedroom apartments in Aradippou, on a plot of 746 m² close to the Ammochostos stadium and within easy reach of the Larnaca–Aradippou road. The building rises over two residential floors above a ground level that holds covered parking, individual storage rooms, a lift, a bicycle stand and a landscaped green area for residents.

Six of the apartments have a covered area of 80 m² with a 15 m² covered veranda and two bathrooms, giving a total area of 95 m². The two apartments on the top floor are laid out as penthouses: to an interior of 81 m² they add a covered veranda, a roof garden of 76 m² and a roof-level storage room and WC, which brings their total area to 186 m² with three bathrooms.

Air-conditioning units are included in every apartment, and the price covers a 2 kW solar panel system — around 2.7 kW for two of the homes. A ground-floor storage room and a covered parking space are allocated to each apartment.
