Cyprus Developers Alliance offers various villas located throughout the entire Cyprus. You can purchase a house in the following locations:
- Tourist areas of seaside cities (Limassol, Paphos, Larnaca)
- The nearest suburbs of the above cities
- Villages located within 15-25 minutes drive of the cities
- Resorts (Protaras, Polis, Peyia and others)
The most expensive land is within walking distance to the sea and in tourist areas of seaside cities. Therefore plots of land where villas are located are normally small (300 sq.m. on average). Plots of land in the nearest suburbs of cities are larger (400-450 sq.m. on average). Average area of plots in villages is 600-700 sq.m. Most of villas have individual swimming pools. There is normally a barbecue, a pergola protecting from the sun, a parking place (one or several) apart from a garden and a swimming pool within the plot of land. Villas are generally two-storey. There are also single-storey and a storey and half a storey (a main floor and an attic) bungalows. Villas have various planning. As a rule there is a kitchen and a sitting room, a guest WC and sometimes a study on the ground floor and bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor. Villas are normally heated by a gas or diesel-operated boiler. Some villas have a heating system “warm floor”. All the villas are delivered with complete interior finish. There is a kitchen furniture set installed in kitchens, wall cabinets in bedrooms and bathroom equipment in bathrooms. A plot of land is fenced, there is required paving available and an operating swimming pool. It remains for a customer to purchase furniture, blinds, lighting fixtures and household appliances, air-conditioners and heating system for a house. A garden is to be laid out on the plot. Provided that a purchase is carried out at construction stage a customer may select the whole interior finish of the villa (and sometimes planning of rooms) according to his/her taste.
