Apartments with spacious verandas in Anavargos, Paphos

A low-rise residential building in Anavargos, a quiet eastern suburb of Paphos. The project comprises one- and two-bedroom apartments with covered verandas of up to 37 m², combining suburban calm with quick access to the city.

The building is constructed on a reinforced concrete frame designed to the Eurocodes, including the EC8 anti-seismic standard, with thermal insulation of the roof and external walls. Interiors are finished with ceramic floors of a high European standard, techno-granite kitchen worktops and high-specification aluminium windows with energy-efficient glazing; each apartment has a security fireproof entrance door and an intercom system. Provisions are made for a concealed air-conditioning system in the living areas, wall-mounted units in all bedrooms and wall heaters, while hot water is supplied by a dual-energy solar heater.
