Villas in Paphos suburb (Geroskipou)
The project comprises five spacious villas. There is a large sitting room that forms integrated space with a kitchen and a dining room on the ground floor. There is also a guest WC there. A marble staircase leads to the first floor that includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor veranda faces a swimming pool (its dimensions are - 4 x 8 meters).
Operable surfaces of the kitchen are made of granite; all the windows and sliding doors are double-glazed. Provisions for air-conditioning units and satellite TV is available. The exterior finish of both the villas and the fencing is natural stones.
The windows offer splendid views of Paphos coastline rich in the sunsets the western part of the island is famous for.
The complex is situated in the outskirts of Geroskipou village. All the required infrastructure facilities of Paphos are in 10 minutes drive. This applies to the international airport of Paphos as well.
An English school “American Academy” is located immediately in the village. A comfortable sandy beach and the village centre with multiple taverns and restaurants are within three minutes drive.
