D06 - Villas near Polis (Argaka) near the sea

The complex comprising three and four bedroom villas is located in Argaka, within 7 km eastwards of Polis. The distance to the sea and the beaches with crystal clear water is only 300 m.

All the villas have a large plot of land, an individual swimming pool, a fireplace and a huge terrace on the roof.

The villas are built in a traditional Cyprus style with wide use of natural trim stone and wood.

The windows command beautiful panoramic views to the sea as well as to the pine forest of the National park. The project is surrounded by multiple olive and citrus groves and pines exhaling delightful aroma.

There are several small stores and taverns in Argaka towards which one can just take a walk. The other entire infrastructure (stores, banks and etc.) is available in the neighboring Polis towards which it will take one 5-10 minutes drive.

11 km westwards of Argaka there is a village of Latchi with a picturesque yacht and launch moorage. Akamas National Park with its virgin magnificent nature starts a few kilometers still westwards.
