Each apartment includes its own photovoltaic system (1.78 kW for one-bedroom and 2.67 kW for two-bedroom units), a complete plumbing installation with an 800-litre water storage tank and pressure pump, full electrical installation, and provisions for kitchen appliances. Air-conditioning provisions are made throughout — wall-mounted units in the one-bedroom apartments and a duct-type unit in the living room of the two-bedroom apartments with wall-mounted units in the bedrooms. Glass balustrades are installed on the verandas, and each apartment has its own parking space with provision for electric vehicle charging and a storage room.
