A43 - Villas in Peyia, north of Paphos, near the sea
A project consisting of seven 2-storey villas with three bedrooms each is located in the western part of the island just where the developed area borders with the national conservation park of Akamas. This part of Cyprus is rightly believed to be one of the most beautiful on the island.
Each villa enjoys an ample area, an individual swimming pool and a separate covered parking place. The ground floor includes a sitting room, a dining room and a kitchen and also a guest WC. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one is adjacent to the master bedroom) on the first floor. An interior staircase leads to a terrace on the roof where one can take pleasure in contemplating magnificent views of the coastline and of Akamas peninsula.
The finish includes double-glazed windows, kitchen furniture set with a granite countertop, a marble staircase, provisions for air-conditioning units and satellite TV.
Distance to the seashore is 1 km. The area abounds in beaches with sparkling crystal clear water.
It will take one 10 minutes to walk to a minor fishing harbour St. George with taverns where fresh newly caught fish is served. A short trip along a country road winding among banana plantations, orangeries and olive gardens will lead to the national nature park of Akamas.
