B165 - Apartments in a three-storey residential building in Agios Athanasios, Limassol
This three-storey residential building includes a total of six apartments and is designed to support energy efficiency and modern-day functionality. The layout features one one-bedroom apartment, two two-bedroom apartments, and three three-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment comes with a designated parking space and private storage area. Entry to the building is managed through a secure access system using either a card or keypad. All apartments will be equipped with intercom systems for added security and convenience.
Both the internal and external shared areas will be completed with durable, high-quality materials. Sensor-activated lighting will be installed throughout the common areas to reduce energy use and improve safety.
The project is engineered for comfort and sustainability. All apartments will be fitted with heating and cooling systems based on a detailed engineering study, including underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. The two- and three-bedroom units will also have a 3 kW photovoltaic system installed to promote energy savings.
Each apartment will include provisions for TV installation in living areas and bedrooms, as well as infrastructure for electronic shutters in the bedrooms.
