Apartments with solar panels and roof gardens in Aradippou, Larnaca
A three-storey residential building of eight apartments in Aradippou, in the north-western area of Larnaca. The first floor has two two-bedroom apartments and one one-bedroom apartment; the second floor has three two-bedroom apartments; the third, top floor has two two-bedroom apartments with large roof gardens of 40 and 45 m2 and covered verandas of 24 m2. The building is designed to energy class A: an external thermal insulation system with 8 cm graphite polystyrene, roof insulation, first-quality PVC windows with double glazing, a 200-litre solar water heater in every apartment and photovoltaic systems — 2.25 kW for the two-bedroom apartments, 1.35 kW for the one-bedroom apartment and 2.7 kW for the common areas, reducing electricity costs. Every apartment has a covered parking space and a storage room; the building has a European-made elevator, a video entry system and landscaped green areas. Interiors include ceramic floors, granite kitchen worktops, melamine kitchens and wardrobes, fire-rated entrance doors, provision for air conditioning in every room and the living area, laminated glass balustrades on the front verandas, and internet, telephone and TV points in each bedroom and the living room.
